Description

Developed YKK as one of 3 internal enterprise applications delivered during my Otsuka internship, supporting employee welfare programs across education, healthcare, and housing assistance and loan processes. The system manages the end-to-end application lifecycle, beginning with employee eligibility validation and document submission, followed by multi-level approval workflows, fund disbursement, installment scheduling, repayment handling, and dynamic limit recovery. YKK is integrated into the company's SuperApps ecosystem and connects with employee data and corporate email services to support business validation and automated approval notifications. The project required translating multiple employee welfare policies and approval stages into structured digital workflows used across the internal application ecosystem.

Description

Developed the core procurement modules of an internal Procure-to-Pay system as one of 3 enterprise applications delivered during my Otsuka internship. The project covers 2 primary procurement workflows, Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO), with functionality spanning document creation, business validation, approval submission, approval tracking, status monitoring, and procurement record management. Both workflows are connected with SAP master data and vendor references to maintain consistency between the web application and the company's enterprise systems. The implementation supports procurement activities from the initial request stage through purchasing processes while providing structured workflow visibility for users involved in document processing and approval.

Description

Developed WebTCode F02 as one of 3 internal enterprise applications delivered during my Otsuka internship, supporting financial transaction handling, asset management, and related operational workflows through a web-based internal system. The application connects internal business processes with SAP ERP and supports the exchange of transaction and master data between web modules and enterprise systems. Its workflow covers operational activities that require structured validation, transaction processing, status handling, and controlled changes to financial data. Across the broader Otsuka development scope that includes WebTCode F02, YKK, and PTP, I integrated 5 web modules with SAP through RFC/BAPI, delivered 15+ core workflow features, and contributed to application enhancements and issue resolution based on business requirements.

Developed the Eshbi corporate website for a subsidiary company as part of my internship at PT Nabawi Herbal Indonesia, providing a public-facing platform for presenting company information and product-related content. My contribution covered the implementation of public pages, content integration, responsive interface behavior, and content-management functionality that allows company and product information to be organized and maintained through the website. The project involved translating business and corporate information into a structured web experience while supporting both visitor-facing content presentation and internal content-management needs. It also became one of the applications delivered alongside my broader work on internal operational and supply-chain systems during the internship.

Built Smart Order as a restocking recommendation system that processes inventory information for approximately 1,000 SKUs and supports the supply-chain team in determining replenishment needs based on defined business rules. The system integrates operational data from Accurate Online and related data sources, processes the information through custom calculation logic, and converts the resulting data into structured restocking recommendations that can be reviewed by internal users. The project was developed within an internal application environment supporting approximately 30+ users across 2 departments. Across the broader Nabawi internship scope, I also integrated 15+ Accurate Online and third-party REST API endpoints for authentication, synchronization, and validation, while implementing asynchronous background processing for application workloads.

Developed a corporate website for PT Sumber Nutrafood Indonesia, a functional food manufacturing company established in 2021, to provide a structured digital presence for company information, product content, and corporate values. My responsibilities covered both frontend and backend development, including public-facing page implementation, content integration, responsive interface development, and content-management functionality for ongoing website updates. The project also involved presenting company and product information in a format aligned with the business context surrounding BPOM RI certification standards and CPPOB practices. The resulting website combines corporate information and product presentation with an administrative content workflow so information can be maintained without relying entirely on direct changes to the public-facing pages.

Enhanced and extended an existing Learning Management System for Sekolah Islam Ibnu Hajar in Bogor, supporting 4 primary user roles, Admin, Teacher, Parent, and Student, and approximately 500+ students. My work covered both frontend and backend areas, including user authentication, role-based access management, role-specific dashboards, learning-material management, assignment workflows, and other functionality required by the school's educational ecosystem. The system separates access and interaction based on each user's responsibilities, allowing administrative users, teachers, parents, and students to interact with different parts of the learning process through the same platform. I also contributed to responsive implementation across different devices while maintaining and extending the existing application rather than rebuilding the LMS from scratch.

Built Bumi Jawa Barat as a tourism discovery website focused on presenting natural attractions and helping users explore destinations across West Java through a location-oriented web experience. The application organizes tourism information into browsable destination content and combines it with interactive map functionality so users can understand where attractions are located while exploring available destinations. Rather than presenting tourism information as static promotional content, the project connects destination information with geographical context and navigation, creating a more practical discovery flow for users interested in exploring natural locations throughout the province. The project also provided experience integrating external mapping functionality into a content-focused web application.

Developed a ship arrival and departure management system for Immigration Office Class II Non-TPI Tobelo in North Halmahera, North Maluku, handling approximately 40+ vessel records per month. The application supports 3 operational roles, admin, officer, and agent or ship owner, with different levels of access and functionality based on responsibilities within the vessel movement process. The system provides structured workflows for recording and managing ship arrival and departure information, allowing operational records to be handled through a centralized web application rather than being represented only as isolated data entries. The project demonstrates experience translating a government operational process into a role-based application with recurring monthly usage.

Enhanced an existing Computer-Based Testing system used by SMPN 2 Tuntang to support school examination activities for approximately 700+ students. Rather than developing the platform from scratch, my role focused on continuing and extending the existing application, where I delivered 15+ features and resolved application issues based on the school's operational needs. The system operates within the school's local network and supports 3 primary roles, admin, teacher, and student, with separate functionality for examination administration, teaching-related activities, and student participation. The project required maintaining an existing production-oriented codebase while adding functionality without disrupting the workflows already used for school examinations.

Developed a web presence for ISPI Nasional, a professional consultants' organization involved in supporting government construction-project supervision activities. The website presents formal organizational information including terminology, organizational identity and domicile, management structure, and the duties and authorities assigned to central and regional management. My contribution focused on transforming information that would otherwise exist primarily as formal organizational documentation into a structured web-based reference that can be accessed more easily by members and related stakeholders. The project required organizing governance-oriented content into a clearer information structure while supporting the organization's need to make institutional information available through an online platform.
